Pete Melvin

Pete Melvin is an accomplished sailor, Optimist world champion, he also represented the United States at the Seoul Olympic Games (1988) in Tornado, then in 1990 to the Little America's Cup . His interest in catamarans remains and he became world champion in A-Class in 1997. He is also graduated from Boston University in aerospace engineering.

In 1992 he decided to go into partnership with Gino Morrelli widely recognized naval designer, their firm is now one of the best for designing high performance multihulls. They have to their credit Geronimo (eg Playstation) and the series of Gunboat catamarans.
