Océanis 300
Shoal draft

Océanis 300 is a variation of the First 310. She uses also the same hull lines of the Figaro, but the appendages and the rigging are brand new. Onboard everything is been set for cruising: the mast is by default equipped with a roller-furler for the mainsail and the boat has a wing-keel to facilitate the navigation in shallow waters. The deck is kept simple; all the cordage is brought to the piano.

Inside the boat has a classic arrangement, with the massive coachroof allowing a reasonable interior height. Océanis 300 has several conveniences, like pressurized water and even hot water as an option, which is a rare quality for a 30ft boat of the early 90's.

A twin-lifting-keel version was designed in 1993. However, this innovation was met with little enthusiasm and only one copy was finally produced.
